Direct Mentorship TrackSmall Cohort

Cohort-Based Mentorship, with Personal Feedback

Make your transition into a technology delivery role through a small cohort programme with a live group session every Saturday, where the cohort acts as your team on Demo Day, plus personal feedback on your own artifacts and your own resume. We focus on individualized curriculum pacing, reviewing real agile backlogs and sprint artifacts, resume re-framing, and scenario-based interview preparation built specifically for professionals leaving nursing, education, customer operations, and retail.

Individualized pacing

Move through the curriculum on your schedule without falling behind.

Live backlog reviews

Examine real sprint boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Personal feedback, weekly

Individual feedback on your own artifacts and resume, every week.

Targeted interview prep

Reframing non-technical domain experience into clear delivery credentials.

The honest time cost

Most programmes will not tell you this, so here it is first.

Two to three hours on a Saturday, plus roughly three and a half hours across the rest of the week. If you cannot find three and a half hours, say so in Sprint 1 and we work out what to cut. Falling silently behind in Sprint 3 and reappearing in Sprint 7 is the pattern that fails people.

The rhythm, every sprint

Saturday — the live session.

Live Workshop

Sunday — off, deliberately, because burnout ends more cohorts than difficulty does.

Rest Day

Monday — 45 minutes, study: read the material and take notes in your own words.

45 mins

Tuesday — 45 minutes, build: produce the sprint's artifact.

45 mins

Wednesday — 30 minutes, career: one job search action.

30 mins

Thursday — 30 minutes, say it out loud: record yourself answering one interview question and watch it back once.

30 mins

Friday — 45 minutes, certification progress.

45 mins

Thursday is the one people skip and the one that changes the most. You will hate the first recording. Keep it anyway, because in Sprint 8 you watch it again and see how far you moved.

What this programme does not do

  • It does not issue a certification, and does not pretend to.
  • It claims no affiliation with Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or Atlassian.
  • It makes no income, salary, or hiring claims.
  • Your portfolio project is a case study you built, never a job you held, and you are taught to describe it that way.

A Course Completion Credential is issued after Demo Day. That is a record of finishing this programme, not an industry certification.
